Hair first for sure!
Make sure you get your hair styled before your makeup appointment; the makeup should be done after the hair to stay with a fresh look as long as possible.
And give yourself a 15-minute break between the 2 appointments to take a breath.

hair should be prioritize before make-up. a woman is much more beautiful if the hair is arrange than have the hair looks like being blown by the wind. in fact, a beautiful woman doesn't anymore need a make-up.
