Confessions of Real Bride: Razan Shajrawi
Razan Shajrawi and Abdulaziz Al Khalili got married at the elegant wedding venue of Level Farm, in Amman - Jordan.
Razan shared her wedding planning experience with other brides and grooms-to-be to help them plan their wedding as well.
Here is what Razan had to say about her wedding planning experience:
- What is the biggest advice you can give any bride-to-be?
Make sure you stay organized, and decide on what you want your wedding to look like and what you want to have at your wedding.
- What was the theme or color scheme you picked for your wedding?
I chose the colors pink and white for a simple and elegant look.
- Do you recommend specific suppliers you worked with?
We had the wedding of our dreams, thanks to the wedding venue, photographer, zaffeh, and wedding car.
Our wedding photographer was New Image, who are very professional in their work.
As for the DJ we chose Music Box, and I personally think they are the best in their field.
The flowers and decorations were all provided from the wedding venue itself.
We chose our wedding car from Platinum in Wadi Saqra, Amman, as we wanted a specific car.
My wedding dress was from Nada Al Saqqa Boutique, who is very kind and talented.
My hair and makeup was done at Bob Beauty Lounge, who gave me a beautiful bridal look.
- What was the most difficult and stressful part of wedding planning?
2 weeks before the wedding, a family member passed away, and we had to postpone the wedding for two months.
We were also very worried that the wedding would be on the last day of Ramadan but luckily it was on the first day of Eid Al Fitr.
- Did you face any surprises?
The only sad surprise was the passing away of a family member and having to postpone the wedding after a year and a half of planning.
