Terms and Conditions:
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY METHOD:
In order for the venues and rates to be booked and guaranteed the following deposit payments shall apply:
- Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated amount must be received upon signing this agreement.
- 70% of the total estimated amount must be received 4 weeks prior to the event.
- In the event of changing the wedding date the amount paid is non-refundable and can be utilized for different dates subject to resort venue availability. In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable.
Failing to make any of the deposit’s payment or balance amount on time, the hotel has the right to release the space booked.
The Resort will give a 4 day grace period from the date of signing this agreement to receive the full payment in case it’s not paid upon signing time.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY:
- Cancellation 6 weeks prior to the event date is free of charge from the remaining balance.
- Cancellation 3 weeks prior to the event date will be 50% free of charge from the remaining balance.
- Cancellation 2 weeks prior to the event date will be 10% free of charge from the remaining balance.
- Cancellation 13 days and below, no cancellation is possible and full amount paid will be charged.
FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts reasonably beyond the control of the Resort such as war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible to enter Bahrain, and/or to provide the facilities or to hold the group, meeting and/or convention in country.
