The super fit couple have been taking lessons in an intense form of Israeli self defence, Krav Maga, for their new movie By The Sea.
In fact, they have become so taken with the military self-defense that they have been spending several days a week practising it.
Krav Maga is an Israeli system of self defence and is a highly-demanding form of unarmed combat burning hundreds of calories with each session. It has proven a popular training method for a host of celebs, including George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez.
A source reveals: "Angelina previously learnt Krav Maga when she was doing Tomb Raider and absolutely loved it."
"The whole family are learning the moves. Even the little ones are doing modified kids’ moves but Brad has been doing it for 45 minutes a day and has dramatically lost weight and beefed up his muscles for the film."
The movie has been written and directed by Angelina and will be the first time Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have appeared onscreen together since 2005’s Mr & Mrs Smith.
Excitingly the flick will feature the couple’s oldest children, Maddox and Pax, too.
