A woman from Pennsylvania was sentenced to life in prison for fatally stabbing her fiancé on their wedding day.
Na Cola Franklin was convicted of first-degree murder of 36 year old Billy Brewster after an argument at their Whitehall Township apartment hours before their wedding.
At her sentencing, Na Cola Franklin said she didn't mean to kill Brewster.
Defense attorney John Waldron said that should mean a conviction for third-degree murder or manslaughter. He says his client should get a new trial.
