A guide dog donned a tuxedo to carry a wedding ring down the aisle for a blind Caerphilly bride.
Black Labrador Bass swapped his dog collar for the formal dress to be ring-bearer at the wedding of owner Kirsty Williams.
Kirsty, 25, walked her two-year-old guide dog down the aisle to tie the knot in front of 90 guests at the Penallta House register office.
The beautiful bride wowed the audience in an elegant dress covered in Swarvoski crystals as she approached grinning groom Tom James.
But it was her four-legged best friend Bass who stole the show in his specially-designed grey doggy tuxedo.
Kirsty was given gorgeous Bass, her first guide dog, just before Christmas - and was determined he would be at her wedding.
She said: "He was the best gift I could have had."
"He has enabled me to get out and about, and visit different shops. We work so well together that I don't feel blind any more."
"I think it hit me when I took Bass for a run on my own for the first time. I felt the sun on my face, and realised I had the freedom to go out on my own terms instead of being stuck in the house."
Kirsty, who was registered blind three years ago, takes her beloved Bass to work everyday - where she works as a therapist for a cancer charity.
