Husband of Deputy in the Jordanian Parliament Arrested For Shooting at Wedding

The Prosecutor General of the Jordanian capital, Amman decided to arrest the husband of a deputy in the Jordanian parliament and her son a week after investigation, following  gun shootings during a wedding a few days ago.

The source told the newspaper "Al Ghad" that the husband of the Jordanian MP and her son surrendered today to the Directorate of Police south of Amman.

A video of the husband shooting as a form of celebration at one of the weddings has gone viral.

The Public Security Department confirmed that it commenced implementation of measures against what he described as "bad habits", saying it "will not end until those reckless people are dealt with, and the enforcement of the law will take place and they will not make any exceptions".
