Kim Kardashian is using Gwyneth Paltrow’s personal trainer, Tracy Anderson to help her lose 5 Kilos. Kim is taking part in a hardcore diet and exercise program.
The fitness guru Tracy Anderson, has also worked with Madonna, Courteney Cox, Ashley Greene, and Jennifer Lopez. And is famous for her 2 hours a day, 6 days a week program, which combines dance and aerobics.
Kim has talked about wanting to lose weight before, but doesn't want to completely get rid of her famous curves.
She told Prestige Hong Kong earlier this year: "You have to really know your body. Everyone has a body part that they don't like and want to conceal, and something that they like and want to show off. So it's all about knowing what you want to show."
