Sweden's Prince Carl Philip and his Princess Sofia, who tied the knot in aromantic ceremony last week, are enjoying a luxurious honeymoon on an exclusive and private Fiji island.
The couple left Stockholm just a few hours after their all-night wedding reception ended, according to Swedish newspaper, Aftonbladet.
The newlyweds reportedly flew business class on a regular flight with a stopover in Europe. Carl Philip and Sofia landed in Los Angeles and then embarked on another flight to Fiji.
They were then escorted to the private aircrafts that take guests to luxury resorts on the small islands. The Royal Court in Stockholm hasn’t commented on the couple’s honeymoon plans, but the secluded resort in Fiji is just the first stop of their honeymoon, according to Aftonbladet.
But Carl Philip and Sofia won't be vacationing for too long – they have planned a short and sweet getaway due to the prince’s busy racing schedule.
"The honeymoon will last just 12 days – from the 13th to the 25th – when Carl Philip will drive a race," Johanna Lejon, royals reporter at Svensk Damtidning, tells PEOPLE.
