A Saudi fashion designer created a wedding dress which she called the "The Golden Butterfly".
The designer used 150 golden pieces, all pieces being 18 carats!
And according to a Saudi magazine, the dress took 2 months to make and finish, as it was all handmade and no sewing machines were used.
The designer, Abeer Afghani, made the dress from scratch even the golden pieces were handmade.
The dress costs around 240 thousand riyals.
Abeer Afghani is considered to be the first Saudi designer to create such a unique wedding dress, using the finest French fabrics.
Putting the 150 golden pieces on the dress took Abeer 25 days in total, the golden pieces consisted of different shapes, such as 102 star shaped pieces and 18 butterflies, all 18 carats.
