Study: Lose Weight by Just Replacing Fatty Foods with Low-Fat Alternatives
Tue 11-12-2012

A research recently done on weight loss from the University of East Anglia, found that study participants more than 73,500 men, women and kids, all with different health histories who replaced high-fat foods with low-fat alternatives lost about 3.5 pounds, without changing else about their diets.

None of the participants were trying to lose weight, and they kept eating the same amounts of food as before. The researchers say the weight came off "easily" and stayed off for at least seven years.

The researchers also found that the participants BMIs decreased, and their waistlines slimmed out--again, without making any changes other than switching from high-fat to low-fat.
