Syrian actress Raghda was recently interviewed on Al Hayat channel, and the actress opened up about her first unrequited love during secondary school when she fell in love with a Kurdish neighbor.
Raghda said she wrote poetry about her experience and some poems were featured on the Dubai Culture channel.
In Syria, Raghda was supposed to be engaged at the age of 11 to her cousin, but she ran away to her grandmother's house to escape the engagement.
At the age of 17 she was engaged to the son of the Turkish foreign minister, but the marriage never took place.
