Every woman loves her hair and wants it to look and feel its best. Hair loss is every woman’s nightmare, but lucky for us it can be cured.

There are many reasons women can suffer from thinning hair or hair loss. Here is what you need to know:

Internal Reasons:

  • One of the main reasons of hair loss is high intake of Vitamin A.
  • Blood pressure medications.
  • Thyroid abnormality.
  • Anemia.
  • Many skin conditions such as psoriasis.
  • Lack of Vitamin B especially B5 and B3, biotin, inositol, folic acid, magnesium, sulphur, and zinc.

External Reasons:

  • Excessive use of chemical dyes, and chemical treatments.
  • Using a bad hair brush.
  • Blow dryers, and flat irons can damage your hair and cause hair loss.
  • Towel drying, and hair updos that are too tight.
