#1 Don't Frost!
For a spring or summer wedding try using berries to decorate your cake instead of regular frosting! "Ask your baker to fill the layers with seasonal fruits like apples, pears, persimmons or even blood oranges."
Instead of the usual white buttercream frosting, choose a creamy chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache, chocolate fondant, or chocolate marzipan!
