The Royal Wedding of Duchess and Duke of Cambridge, Kate Middleton and Prince William was viewed by millions, and celebrated every year by people all over the world!

The wedding took place in 2011, at Westminster Abbey - London, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a beautiful wedding dress by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen.

Duchess Kate Middleton wanted to merge royal tradition with her modern sense of style. Her veil was made at the Royal School of Needlework and had hand-embroidered flowers. She added a stunning Cartier halo tiara which was lent to her from Queen Elizabeth, who was gifted it on her 18th birthday. 

The back of Kate's dress included a folded detailing in the back made with ivory and whitesatin gazar fabric.

Princess Charlene Wittstock Of Monaco

 

HRH Prince Albert married Charlene Wittstock in 2011, the wedding took place at Prince Albert's Palace of Monaco.

The bride chose to wear a breathtaking wedding dress designed by Giorgio Armani. The dress took 50 meters of off white silk duchess, 80 meters of silk organza, and 2,500 hours of work.

The wedding dress had some beautiful embriodery at the front, which took 40,000 Swarovski crystals, 20,000 mother of pearl teardrops, 30,000 gold stones all in a floral pattern with platinum-coated thread completed in 700 hours.

Princess Charlene’s veil was a two-tier tulle creation with a simple beaded edge. The veil was made of 20 meters of off white silk tulle, and more embroidery.

HRH Queen Rania Of Jordan

HRH King Abdullah Bin Al Hussein got married to Queen Rania in 1993. The King and Queen got married at Zahran Palace in Jordan.

Queen Rania wore an elegant wedding dress designed by the British fashion designer Bruce Oldfield. Inspired from the embellishments on Syrian formal dresses exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, Oldfield added gold detailing to the trim of the bride’s gown, matching hair ornament and gloves.

Princess Madeleine of Sweden

Princess Madeleine, the second daughter of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden, got married to American businessman Chris O'Neill. They got married in Royal Palace chapel, Stockholm.

The bride wore a breathtaking Valentino wedding dress, the wedding dress was made from silk organdies and ivory chantilly lace, and featured a full skirt with a 4 meter long train. The 6 meter long veil was covered with chantilly lace flowers and edged with silk tulle, and was worn with a royal tiara decorated with fresh orange blossoms.

Princess Claire of Luxembourg

HRH Prince Felix of Luxembourg and Claire Lademacher got married on 21 September 2013. The bride chose to wear a beautiful wedding dress by Lebanese and international fashion designer Elie Saab.

The bride look like a dream in and ivory colored silk dress intricately embroidered with chantilly lace floral motifs and glimmering silver thread. The wedding dress by Elie Saab featured a 3 meter long train with a neo baroque flower detail which continued through the length of the silk tulle veil.

The bride wore the Grand Ducal family's diamond floral tiara favoured by Grand Duchess Maria Teresa.

Queen Letizia of Spain

King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain got married at Almudena Cathedral in Madrid in 2004. Queen Letizia chose a traditional gown created by Manuel Pertegaz, a favorite designer of her mother-in-law, the wedding dress featured a high collar which added a grand touch to the wedding dress.

The veil was a gift from King Felipe to his bride, made of off-white silk tulle, it was hand-embroidered with beautiful details.

Princess Sofia of Sweden

Sweden's Prince Carl Philip married former reality-TV star and glamour model Sofia Hellqvist. The couple got married at Stockholm's Royal Palace, Sweden.

The princess wore a custom-made wedding dress by Swedish designer Ida Sjöstedt, the wedding dress featured lace sleeves, A-line silhouette and open V-neck neckline, the wedding dress had an empire waist.

The bride wore a stunning emerald and diamond tiara which was a gift from her new in-laws, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, and then to complete her look she chose a lace cathedral-length veil.

The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle

Price Harry and Meghan Markle had their royal wedding at the St George Church at Windsor Castle.

Meghan Markle chose to wear a simple but stunning Givenchy wedding dress. The wedding dress has been designed by the acclaimed British designer, Clare Waight Keller. Ms. Waight Keller who is the first female Artistic Director at the historic French fashion house Givenchy.

There was only 5 months to have the dress and the veil manufactured, Meghan Markle and Waight Keller worked closely together to design the dress, which shows a "timeless minimal elegance", according to a Kensington Palace announcement.

Jordan's Princess, HRH Noor Bint Asem married Saudi businessman Amr Zedan in a luxury wedding at the Dead Sea in Jordan. See the details, pictures and videos below.
