  • Learn to Breathe Right: As a bride-to-be you need to learn how to breathe better. Right breathing can help boost your energy, so try this exercise twice a day, morning and night:

Inhale for 1 second, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale for 2 seconds.

This technique will help you stay calm and feel energized.

  • Hydrate: We always emphasize on how important drinking water is, have at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
