Nicky Hilton and James Rothschild's Wedding

Nicky Hilton married wealthy English heir James Rothschild in 2015 on a lavish but eccentric day that saw a marriage between two cultures.

The bride wore a stunning custom-made ivory and silver guipure Valentino wedding dress that was embellished with thousands of crystals. Her dress was topped off with a three-meter-long train – and custom-made Christian Louboutin heels featuring her and James’ initials, a love heart, and their wedding date.

The reception was held in Kensington Palace’s Orangery Terrace, with dinner in a marquee on the Orangery West Lawn and dancing in The Orangery, where the ceremony had taken place earlier. The area was closed off to the public for the day.
