Yes! Qualified wedding venues and vendors in over 80 Arab cities can be listed for free in our online directories. The free listing includes an image, location and a phone number. Free companies can also receive enquiries and Sales Leads, and have access to Dashboards. However, the number of enquiries and benefits are limited. The Premium subscription rate varies between countries and categories. Click here and scroll down to the bottom of the page for the rates. Subscription plans are available for 6 months or 12 months in most countries.
How can I improve my directory listing to be more attractive to couples?
If you are on a free listing, you are entitled to one image. You can email us a new image (with no logos) if you wish to change it.
If you are on a Premium subscription plan, you can update your information and images anytime. In a nutshell, an attractive directory listing has beautiful images that are relevant to weddings and has a concise and clear description of your products and services that focuses on weddings.
How do couples find vendors on your platform?
Our online directories are split into countries, cities and categories. A bride or groom browsing through the directory will find you listed under your category in your city. Standard companies (free-of-charge listings) are listed alphabetically, while premium companies have a placement advantage and are listed on the top page of that category with a clear ‘Featured’ label. The email notification you will receive includes a link to your Dashboard. When you click on the link you will be directed to your Dashboard to view the details of the enquiry or Sales Lead. Make sure you let us know if your email changes.
What happens after a couple contacts me through your platform?
Once you receive an email notification and access your Dashboard, you can respond to the bride/groom by clicking on ‘Respond’. Write your message, upload images and PDF files and when you are ready to send your response, click on ‘Send’. Your response will be sent through our platform to the bride/groom.
When the bride/groom replies back to you through the platform, you will receive an email notification with a link to take you back to the Dashboard and view their response.
I need a username and password to access my Dashboard, can you help?
If you are unable to access your dashboard, or you would like to change the emails of the Lead catchers in your company, email us.
We will make sure to send you new account credentials to make sure that you are using your Dashboard and benefiting from it.
