The Dubai Beach EDITION: Luxury Hotel and Residences Announced for Dubai Harbour in 2029

Dubai’s luxury skyline is set for a dramatic new addition with the confirmation of The Dubai Beach EDITION, set to debut in 2029. This highly anticipated project, a strategic partnership between Marriott International and Shamal Holding, will introduce a new standard of design-led hospitality and exclusive residences to the entrance of Dubai Harbour, adjacent to JBR.

The development will take over the prime waterfront location currently occupied by the popular Zero Gravity beach club, which will be relocating as construction for the luxury tower begins.

The Offering: Hotel & First Regional Residences

The property will feature 185 meticulously designed rooms and suites, each promising EDITION's signature blend of sophistication, innovation, and direct views over the Arabian Gulf.

Adding to the brand’s footprint, The Dubai Beach EDITION will also mark the debut of EDITION’s first residences in the region. The residential offering includes 165 two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, providing homeowners with modern luxuries, refined elegance, and access to the property's premium resort amenities and five-star service.

A New Era for Dubai Luxury

This project is a testament to the robust growth of Dubai's haute hotel scene. As Jerome Briet, Chief Development Officer, Europe Middle East & Africa, Marriott International, commented, this development "will reimagine what modern luxury can be for travellers and residents seeking unique and exceptional experiences in the city.”

The EDITION's 2029 arrival places it firmly within an impressive lineup of luxury launches, joining new properties from major names like Ciel Dubai Marina (the world's tallest hotel), Mandarin Oriental Downtown, and future openings planned by global icons such as Aman, Corinthia, Dorchester Collection, and Rosewood.
