First Middle East Trump Hotel to Open in Dubai in 2030
The Middle East’s first Trump International Hotel and Tower will open in Dubai in in 2030. The project marks the fifth collaboration between luxury real estate developer Dar Global and The Trump Organization, with developments in Saudi, Oman and Qatar.
Comprising a hotel and residences on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 350-metre, 80-floor property will offer "lavish rooms and suites, private lounges, personalised service and world-class amenities", according to Dar Global.
With views of the Burj Khalifa, Downtown and the sea, the property will feature the world’s highest outdoor pool, plus a members-only private club, The Trump.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, said the project reflects "our unwavering commitment to excellence, luxury and innovation".
