Flowertime Brussels: Where Floral Art Meets Bridal Elegance in "Floral Lace"

The enchanting Flowertime flower show held in Brussels between 13 and 16 August 2025, became a canvas for breathtaking floral artistry, and we were captivated by one particular creation that speaks directly to the heart of bridal elegance.
The celebrated Belgian floral artist, Max Hurtaud, had the distinct privilege of transforming a grand hall within the historic Brussels City Hall into a breathtaking wedding-themed floral installation. Known for his innovative use of flowers, bold designs, and ability to blend haute couture with natural elements, Hurtaud's participation brought an extraordinary touch to the event.
Inspired by this year's overarching theme of Fashion and Textiles, Hurtaud unveiled a magnificent piece titled “Floral Lace.” This creation was far more than just a display; it was a poetic floral veil, meticulously crafted to echo the delicate intricacies of lace wedding dresses. Every single flower and stem was thoughtfully integrated, acting as a living, breathing thread, weaving an organic lace that embodies transparency, graceful movement, and profound poetry.

This beautiful design honors the timeless appeal of lace, a favorite in bridal fashion. By using real flowers, "Floral Lace" brings a fresh, vibrant, and unforgettable energy to it. The piece perfectly captures the delicate, refined, and temporary beauty of lace, turning it into a lively, vivid display. It's a wonderful example of how natural elements can be used to create luxurious and inspiring wedding decor.
Commenting on his creation and its feature, Max Hurtaud shared, "Designing 'Floral Lace' was a deeply personal tribute to bridal elegance, blending the timeless allure of lace with the vibrant poetry of flowers. I am truly delighted for this work to be featured on Arabia Weddings, sharing this unique vision with an audience that cherishes beauty and innovation."
