1. What inspired you to create this event, and what are your primary goals for it?
The inspiration for the Meet Up came from my deep passion for connecting professionals in the wedding industry.
Over the years, I realized there was a need for a space where we could go beyond networking - a place where we could truly share ideas, challenges, and insights in an authentic, empowering, and forward-looking way.
My goal has always been to foster collaboration, spark creativity, and inspire growth, helping planners, designers, and suppliers build meaningful relationships while embracing innovation without losing authenticity.
The 2025 edition carries this mission further. "Ride the Wave: reflects the courage required to lead change in a fast-evolving market, to embrace transformation as an opportunity rather than a threat, and to find new balance between tradition and innovation.
2. What are the key highlights or unique features of this event that attendees can look forward to?
This year’s Meet Up offers a truly international experience — two days of education, inspiration, and connection hosted at TH Carpegna Palace in Rome, with simultaneous Italian–English translation.
The stage will welcome renowned speakers from across the globe, including leaders from Dubai, the UK, Jordan, Romania, and Austria, each bringing their expertise, creativity, and unique vision to the conversation.

My vision is to see the Wedding Planners Pro Meet Up grow into a truly global platform, bringing together professionals from all continents to exchange insights, cultures, and creative visions.
In the next editions, I imagine expanding the format with masterclasses, mentorship programs, and collaborative projects that help professionals put what they learn into practice.
The goal is to make this event the go-to destination for innovation, inspiration, and connection in the wedding world — a movement that shapes the future of our industry with courage and authenticity.
6. You’ve recently released a new book, “How to Plan a Destination Wedding in Italy.” How does it connect with the vision behind the Meet Up?
This new book was born from my experience with international couples who dream of getting married in Italy. It’s a practical and emotional guide that blends storytelling with professional expertise — designed for planners and clients who want to understand what truly makes an Italian destination wedding special.
It reflects the same philosophy as the Meet Up: knowledge sharing, collaboration, and passion for excellence.Both the book and the event are about creating bridges — between cultures, between professionals, and between dreams and reality.
