Nine renowned event and wedding designers will be creating exceptional tablescapes for the Table Design Exhibition — Celebrate Art's Creativity, which will be held at the Rixos Tersane in Istanbul, Türkiye between December 4-6, 2024.
The Theme of 3rd Edition is “Art of Winter”
With its third edition to be held at Rixos Tersane Hotel in Istanbul from 4 to 6 December 2024, the Table Design Exhibition is preparing to present a magnificent visual feast with the “Art of Winter” theme. Tablescapes by world-celebrity luxury event designers will celebrate winter with magnificent designs. It will offer an unforgettable experience to its guests with the exhibition, panels, conferences, B2B networking meetings, masterclasses, themed parties, and a red carpet event. Don’t miss this unique and magical experience at the Table Design Exhibition in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Istanbul.

Program and Tickets
The three-day event will also host panel discussions, workshops, networking sessions, themed parties, and gastronomic experiences.
On 4 December the exhibitors, sponsors, VIP guests, and other celebrity designers will come together for a black-tie opening ceremony. The exhibition will be open for viewing between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. On 5 December panel discussions and masterclasses from industry professionals will be held.
On the final day, B2B meetings will take place. On the night of the 5th of December, a Networking Party will be held where global events and wedding designers/ planners, luxury hotels, and press from around the world will have an opportunity to meet each other as well as enjoy the night. On the 6th of December, a gala dinner will take place as the grand finale of the most inspirational event of the year, full of dance and music!
Visitors can purchase tickets in two categories:
- Silver Package: This package is inclusive of access to the Opening Ceremony on December 4th; exhibition access on December 5th, and 1 masterclass access.
- Platinum Package: This package is inclusive of access to the Opening Ceremony on December 4th; Exhibition Access on December 5th; 1 masterclass Access; attending to networking party on December 5th; attending to the B2B Meetings on December 6th; and attending to the Gala Dinner on December 6th.
