The Travel Portfolio Launches Office in Dubai
The Travel Portfolio, the merged entity between Heavens Portfolio and The Travel Collection, made its mark in the GCC with its debut event held in Dubai on 7 May 2024 on the margins of the Arabian Travel Market.
Hosted at the elegant French brasserie La Cantine du Faubourg at the iconic Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel in Dubai, the event brought together a diverse group of senior media representatives and influencers who are collectively driving the narrative of luxury travel and lifestyle media in the region.
Heavens Portfolio was founded in 2005 by its CEO, Christine Galle-Luczak, and has since established itself as Asia’s leading hotel representation company employing 82 experts across 16 offices in 13 countries, offering integrated sales, PR and marketing support to some of the world’s most luxurious and alluring travel brands.
Dubai is Heavens Portfolio’s first office outside of Asia, rebranded as the Travel Portfolio, that came into being with the acquisition of The Travel Collection, an established representation agency in Dubai founded by Jacqueline Campbell. Outfitted with full-service Sales, PR and marketing capabilities The Travel Portfolio is geared at providing representation in the GCC region to the best global luxury travel brands.
"Besides its people and partners, the strength of The Travel Portfolio lies in its network of industry stakeholders and our acute understanding of the evolving travel and media landscape. The team’s experience in luxury hospitality representation and its nuanced understanding of the complexities and intricacies of the Middle East positions us as a trusted partner for global travel brands seeking to establish a compelling brand presence in the GCC," stated Jacqueline Campbell, Managing Director, The Travel Portfolio.
Present at the event were representatives from 2 hotel clients, Cap St Georges in Cyprus and Samujana in Koh Samui, who had a chance to showcase their beautiful properties.
Cap St Georges is uniquely located at the cusp of the Akamas National Park in Paphos. The five-star property occupies a stunning natural seafront surrounded by olive groves while the resort is crafted from the same distinctive Cyprus stone as the surrounding area, lending to the air of authentic local character. Just 25 minutes from Paphos city centre and 40 minutes from Paphos International Airport, the luxury Resort, secluded from everyday life, yet still in close proximity to a host of amenities, is a haven of escape for families, leisure seekers, and business travellers.

Samujana’s name comes from the blend of Koh 'Samui' and the word 'Jana', meaning coral in Moroccan, due to its stunning hillside location overlooking a coral cove, with private beach access and uninterrupted views of Samui. Samujana’s definition is very simple – 23 charming villas from 1 to 8 bedrooms, all with oversized private infinity pools, modern Thai architecture and breath-taking views, 5 star hotel services and details that make the world of differences, the perfect place for friends and family to gather and have a great time.
The Travel Portfolio represents many other hotels in Asia Pacific and Europe.
