Voco Dubai Nice Officially Opens at The World Islands

Voco Dubai Nice Officially Opens at The World Islands

One of Dubai’s most highly anticipated luxury hotels has officially opened its doors, marking a major milestone for the city’s offshore hospitality scene. The adults-only voco Dubai Nice is the newest opening at The Heart of Europe on The World Islands, designed to be the ultimate go-to island escape where the party never stops.

Located just 15 minutes from mainland Dubai via speed boat, this 264-key resort is a bright and colorful addition to the Côte d’Azur cluster. Inspired by the French Riviera, the hotel reflects the "relaxed elegance" of a French coastal escape while maintaining the high-energy, "vibrant party" vibe that the development is famous for.

Five Brand-New Lifestyle Venues at voco Dubai Nice:

The hotel brings five distinct culinary and nightlife concepts to the islands, further enhancing the destination’s "voco life" experience:

  • La Brasserie: An all-day dining French restaurant located on the iconic climate-controlled Raining Street.
  • La Rive: A beachfront seafood haven offering Mediterranean charm and fresh catches sourced in partnership with the Dubai Fishermen’s Association.
  • Lagoon Pool Bar: The central hub for daytime hangs, featuring live DJ sets and a lively pool party atmosphere.
  • Champagne Bar: A sophisticated venue for evening bubbly and refined cocktails.
  • La Discothèque: A high-energy nightlife spot where dining, drinks, and dancing converge into the late hours.

The Evolution of the Côte d’Azur Cluster on The World Islands

The launch of voco Dubai Nice follows the successful debut of its sister property, voco Monaco Dubai, which opened in early 2024. Together, these hotels form the backbone of a growing destination that celebrates the spirit of the Mediterranean.

While the new voco Dubai Nice leans into "coastal glamour," voco Monaco remains the "wildest hotel in Dubai," known for its massive 800-square-meter Grand Azur pool, legendary foam parties, and non-stop entertainment. Guests at both properties benefit from a connected experience, including direct access to the one-kilometer Raining Street, where smart technology maintains a cool 27°C year-round by recreating European weather conditions.

Expanding the Island Vision of the Côte d’Azur Cluster

According to Josef Kleindienst, Founder and Chairman of Kleindienst Group, the opening is a powerful validation of the project's shift from a concept to a fully delivering destination. With Cannes and St. Tropez themed hotels also scheduled to join the cluster later in 2026, The Heart of Europe is rapidly becoming a globally recognized hospitality hub for the "adults-only" and luxury lifestyle sectors.
