From 11 -13 September, retailers and suppliers were once again reunited as Bridal Week Harrogate opened its doors to take over the quaint town.

Across the three exciting days of buying, business and bubbly, the industry came together to celebrate the innovations in bridal fashion as brands and designers showcased their freshest collections.

From show-stopping Fashion Shows to insightful seminars hosted by leading industry experts, visitors to Bridal Week Harrogate got to view this season’s emerging trends straight from the runway, take home useful business advice, and source the newest offerings for their boutiques.

Bridal Harrogate Show

300+ Brands

Retailers were treated to new collections from bridal wear, accessories, and occasion wear brands from across the globe. With an array of gorgeous stands on display, exhibitors wowed the crowd as they connected with current stockists and potential new ones.

Retailers were truly spoiled for choice with the sheer number of offerings, spanning from collections from some of the most well-established designer labels in the world to debuts from the newest names on the bridal block.

Fashion Shows

Fashion Shows

Set against the gorgeously grand backdrop of the Royal Hall, the Fashion Shows are one of the highlights of Bridal Week Harrogate.

Visitors can take a sneak peek at upcoming collections, and get a great insight into what trends to expect the following year. The Bridal Week Harrogate preview shows were a hit with retailers, as thirteen top brands hit the catwalk to show off their latest creations: Dando London, Ellis Bridals, Evie Young, Gaia & Believe by Gaia, Kate Fearnley, Kelsey Rose, Loré, Madi Lane, Rachel Allan, The Perfect Bridal Collection by Kay Heeley, True Bride, Rachel Elizabeth, and Victoria Kay. Bridal Buyers Awards

For the first time in three years, Bridal Week was delighted to gather some of the best talents in the industry in the Majestic Hotel for the biggest night in bridal. Known as the ’Oscars of the industry, the Bridal Buyer Awards celebrate and applaud the successes of the industry over the past 12 months.

Bridal Retail Success Academy

Across Sunday and Monday, the Bridal Retail Success Academy provided retailers with the perfect opportunity to take their business to the next level. Retailers were treated to Bridal Week’s largest educational offering to date, as leading industry experts sat down with retailers in one-to-one Business Advice Clinics to discuss all things bridal from marketing to financial planning, and social media to sales. Thank you to Abi Neill, Diana McMann, Emma Arnold, Maria Musgrove-Wethey and Christine Skilton, Jo Stott, Megan Garmers, and Mike Ebrahimi for sharing their in-depth knowledge and experience with visitors.

Bridal Week was also delighted to be joined by the wonderful Wendy Rivera and the Do You Speak Bride team. Wendy hosted her ’The Non-selling Selling: Mastering the Technique of Selling Add-ons Without Ever Being “Salesy”’ seminar in the Royal Hall, along with a dedicated Stylist Summit for retailers to gather some top tips from Wendy herself. The Do You Speak Bride team also offered Business Advice Clinics to visitors.
