The Olive Garden with its 80 year old Tuscan olive trees accommodates up to 1000 guests for a decadent seated banquet along with a separate entrance, private parking and guest facilities. Open space provides an al fresco blank canvas for creating incredible wedding events.

Museum Lawn Wedding Package

The Polo Ballroom Wedding Package
The Polo Ballroom is fully customizable offering different setups which accommodate small, medium and large number of guests with absolute ease. The spacious Polo Ballroom proves that inspiration and beauty isn’t limited to a stunning garden or a gorgeous beach, but that there are so many beautiful ways to transform an indoor space into that perfect wedding venue. The Polo Ballroom seats up to 300 guests and provides complete privacy while entering and exiting the venue, allowing guests to access it without having to pass through the main hotel building.
The rates for the Ballroom are as follows:
- 40 to 80 guests: AED 50,000
- Up to 100 guests: AED 60,000
- Up to 150 guests: AED 75,000
- Up to 200 guests: AED 95,000
- Up to 300 guests: AED 110,000
Inclusions:
- Venue hire from 9 am until 12 midnight.
- One-night stay in a Polo suite for the couple inclusive of breakfast in bed.
- Customized menus of your choice inclusive of tea, coffee, soft drinks and chilled juices.
- Complimentary menu tasting for up to 4 guests.
- Banquet round tables and chairs with white linen and full cutlery.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in the venue for your guests.
- Private venue entrance with complimentary valet parking (for outdoor venues only).
- Pre/post-wedding photo shoot subject to confirmation from the hotel.
- Complimentary bridal room next to the venue available from 9am on the event day (applicable on Olive Garden Wedding Package only)
- Music allowed until 12 AM in weekends with maximum 80 decibels and until 11 PM in weekdays with maximum 40 decibel.
