Dolly Parton and Carl Dean are celebrating 50 years of marriage!
According to Dolly's website, the two met outside a laundromat in Nashville on Dolly's first day in Music City. They were married two years later on May 30, 1966.
Dolly and Carl had a private ceremony in Ringgold, Ga. Only Dolly's mom, the preacher and his wife attended the wedding.
