Terms & Conditions: 

  • Rate: AED 450 per person 
  • Minimum Spend:
    • Eastor West Lawn: AED150,000 (AED 130,000 on Food and Beverage + AED 20,000 on room rental)
    • Grand Salon Maximillian: AED 125,000 
    • Royal Lawn: AED 100,000 (AED 90,000 on Food and Beverage + AED 10,000 on room rental)
  • All packages are based on a minimum of 200 guests
  • Venues minimum food and beverage spends/rentals are applicable on all packages.
  • Any shortfall in minimum food and beverage spends will be charged as venue rental.
  • All quoted prices are in UAE Dirham net, inclusive of 7% Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Event Timing:
    • Indoor events until 02:00 AM.
    • Outdoor events until 10:30 PM.
  • Music Restrictions:
    • Indoor Events: up to 90 decibels.
    • Outdoor Events: up to 60 decibels, background music, live entertainer limited to Harpist, pianist
  • Setup/Dismantling Day: 50% from the mentioned minimum spend will be charged as rental fee for the setup or dismantle required days.
  • Flower Arrangement: Flower arrangements are at additional charge starting from AED 350 per centerpiece.
  • Airport Pick Up or Drop Off:
    • BMW 7 Series - 460 AED inclusive of taxes, per way.
    • Mercedes Viano or GMC or Escalade - 600 AED inclusive of taxes, per way.
    • Mercedes S-Class- 600 AED inclusive of taxes, per way.
