Event Announcement: "Istanbul Capital of Celebrations – Table Design Exhibition"
Istanbul is getting ready to host a unique event from 8 to 10 November 2022 at Raffles Istanbul entitled: "Istanbul - Capital of Celebrations – Table Design Exhibition". Nine world-leading designers and event planners will take part in the Exhibition through creating extraordinary table setup designs under the theme of Istanbul. The event will also feature panel discussions, music performances, and exquisite gastronomy highlighting Istanbul as an international celebration destination of the world.
The designers taking part in the event include Colin Cowie, who designed and planned the recent wedding of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck; Edgardo Zamora, designer of the Emmy and Oscar award ceremonies; and international luxury event and wedding designer Eddie Zaratsian who decorated the wedding of Hollywood celebrity Kim Kardashian.
Other designers include Belgian Tomas De Bruyne, known as Europe’s most famous floral designer; Ghada Blanco, the Middle East’s pioneer wedding designer; Nadia Duran, one of Australia's celebrity wedding and event designer; Gideon Hermosa Asia’s top celebrity event designer; Arturo de Noriega the most famous event designer in Peru; and Sarah Young, celebrity event and wedding designer from Malta.
In addition, two Turkish designers, Meltem Tepeler, Founder of KM Events and Elmas Özler, Founder of Bluechip Creative Events, who are the joint organisers of the Exhibition, will also present their table designs to guests visiting the 3-day event. Both designers will bring the Atatürk-themed Turkish table design to life, as 10 November coincides with the Atatürk Commemoration Day in Türkiye.
The "Istanbul Capital of Celebrations – Table Design Exhibition" will focus on the fine art of table design and promises to present an extraordinary experience; a magical journey through artistically designed table displays, creative floral arrangements and magnificent ceiling installations curated by world-famous designers in the heart of the 'East meets West' capital of celebrations.
The exhibition will affirm İstanbul's position as one of the most preferable event and wedding destinations in the global event industry, and will further promote Istanbul as a destination to host luxury weddings, anniversaries and special events and celebrations.
