Having a fatty breakfast right after Ramadan can make you feel bloated and lazy, instead, have a healthy breakfast to start your day.
Lunch and Dinner
Have you're lunch later in the day, and closer to the timing of Iftar, so you don't shock your digestive system, and avoid having an unhealthy and late dinner, which can cause weight gain.
Make sure you focus on eating lots of fo fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water.
Sweets and Nuts
Eid is known to be an occasion where lots of sweets and chocolates are served as well as salty nuts and other Eid foods.
It is okay for you to enjoy Eid by having a sweet treat, but make sure you don't overdo it and have a small piece of your favorite kind only.
Don't hesitate in telling everyone that you are watching what you eat and trying to lose some weight before the wedding.
