Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is deepening its commitment to the Middle East's luxury landscape with the highly anticipated launch of Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences Dubai, slated to open their doors in 2029. This landmark development will further enhance the region's premium hospitality offerings.
Strategically positioned within the stunning Peninsula Dubai waterfront development on Jumeirah Beach, this expansive project will introduce an ultra-luxury hotel featuring 195 guest keys alongside eight exclusive private garden villas. Both hotel guests and residents will have access to an array of opulent amenities, including a secluded private beach, a sophisticated beach club, four distinct signature dining experiences, and a state-of-the-art wellness center.
Complementing the hotel, an adjacent residential tower will house 63 refined private residences and five coveted beachfront villas. These residences will offer a curated lifestyle with bespoke facilities such as a dedicated spa, a contemporary movement studio, a padel court, a private cinema, and an elegant library and lounge.

The debut of Rosewood Dubai marks a significant chapter in the brand's strategic expansion across the Middle East. It follows the July 2025 opening of Rosewood Doha in Qatar, which features 155 lavish rooms and suites, and builds upon their established presence with properties in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
Looking ahead, Rosewood's footprint in Saudi Arabia is poised for substantial growth with upcoming ventures including Rosewood Amaala on the Red Sea coast, Rosewood Red Sea on Shura Island, and Rosewood Riyadh in Diriyah, scheduled for 2027.
