Your Pre-Wedding Juice Cleanse

Juice cleansing can be really healthy and efficient if done right. Whether you want to lose a few kilos before the wedding, have healthy-looking glowing skin, or you simply want to feel healthier and more energetic, juicing is the way to go!

Here’s what you need to know…

 

  • Every morning start your day with green juice: kale, cucumber, green apple, spinach and lemon.
  • Every 2 hours, have a glass of natural and fresh juice: carrot, pineapple, or a mix of orange and pineapple or orange and carrot. Beet juice can also be mixed with spinach and cucumber.
  • As for your last juice of the day (ideally the 6th one), try some cinnamon and cashew milk, or vanilla with almond milk.

Tips:

  • Avoid caffeine during this period
  • 3-6 days is usually a good time to benefit from this juice cleanse. You can of course repeat it whenever you want.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Limit yourself to light exercise, like a short walk or yoga.
