Tips For Brides To Get a Perfect Night Sleep
As a bride-to-be you need to get your beauty sleep and relax in order to look fresh and radiant on your wedding day.
Having a good night’s sleep will also help your mood; who wants to be cranky and edgy on the most important day of her life.
So here are some things you can do that can help you have a perfect night sleep:
The Bedroom:
The best ambience to sleep in is a cool, quiet, and dark bedroom. To limit the amount of sensory stimulation in your brain, earplugs and eye masks can help.
Unwind:
Allow yourself to unwind and relax, if you have the time to go to a spa for a massage or facial then do so, or find a good book to read or soft music to listen to before bedtime.
Eat Better:
Don’t drink coffee, tea, or soda anytime after 2pm to have a perfect night sleep. Hydrate well during the day.
Exercise:
Be active and exercise to increase your sleep drive, if you can’t hit the gym, then go for a walk to work your muscles. Make sure you workout during the day or late afternoon, but not too late in the evening as well.
Shut Down:
Don’t check your emails, or Facebook, or watch TV at least 30 minutes before going to bed.
