Belief Wedding Awards Announces Winners from 11 Countries
Belief Awards released its latest collection of award-winning images of top-class weddings around the world. Of a total of 412 entries, 31 made it into the final gallery.
“One of the main goals of the Belief Awards is to promote talented wedding planners and designers from all over the globe, bringing also more awareness to their country as an option for a destination wedding. I'm proud to see that now on its 11th edition, we have 30 amazing professionals from 11 different countries. We are celebrating diversity and creativity. You can find among the winning weddings different cultures, religions, styles, and a lot of beautiful scenarios. I'm happy to bring couples an inspiration thru real weddings and to honor the hard work that the wedding planner do behind the scenes to make everything happen in a perfect way”, says Giovana Duailibe, executive director of Belief Wedding Planners.
Belief Wedding Planners is an international community for wedding planners. “We work daily to bring to our members a safe and active place so they can learn, share and build long-lasting connections without the hustle to be a lonely entrepreneur”, states Giovana Duailibe.

Siena is famous for its rolling hills and the wine they produce in the area, as it is part of the Chianti Region. The bride, Melisa, has been there many times with her family and decided to get married there because she loves the countryside and the natural beauty of the region. From the music to the food, this destination wedding incorporated a lot of Italian details.

This Scottish couple desired a special and unique, simple and intimist wedding. Their celebration was very peculiar because the inspiration came from Scottish tradition. The kilts and the green tone were present in all decoration and venue, in the bouquet and wreath of the bride, maid of honor and flower girl, in the boutonniere of the groom and groomsmen.

Yanika Amin and Amit Patel had an incredible pre-shoot in Bali and they decided to keep this theme for their big day. To create this atmosphere, the wedding had traditional Balinese dancers, Gamelan musicians, life sized elephants, Balinese themed mandap and custom made Balinese tikki bar at the reception.

For the reception at Wrotham Park, the wedding planners transformed the marquee into a fairy tale enchanted theme. From beautiful florals, dancing fountains, cirque performers, a stunning chandelier transported all the way from the Netherlands and all the finer details such as the table dressing, cake and bespoke dance floor design. The awarded image shows the couple’s first dance.

Prapti and Chinmay wanted to normalize their wedding and host it at a relatable scale. The main wedding theme was inspired by their names: Prapti - Achievement and Chinmay - Ultimate Consciousness. Together their names mean “Enlightenment”.

This British couple Sophie and Jamey Bashford decided to support the local community in their wedding plans. The wedding planner Jadee Fernandes McGowan discovered a forgotten school called Nondzame Primary on the doorstep of two of the most expensive and biggest wedding venues. So, the couple decided to have the school’s choir to sing while they were walking through the aisle. “Their voices were as colourful as their outfits and their energy was infectious. They made everyone smile ear to ear”, says Sophie.

We couldn't believe this was our wedding and that we were finally husband and wife. It was like we were in a movie!”, says Jamie and Sam, the couple.

All the submissions from Belief Awards were judged by a panel of experienced and acclaimedjudges: Guadalupe Alvarez, wedding planner in San Miguel de Allende (Mexico) and creator of 15 winning weddings part of the Belief Awards, Samar Shawareb, CEO of Arabia Weddings and Rui Mota Pinto, wedding planner in Portugal and responsible for 13 winning weddings part of the Belief Awards.
