Confessions of a Bride: Farah Khatib
Farah Khatib and her husband Othman Abu Laban met in Germany while they were doing their university internship in 2013. They soon fell in love and got married on 5 February 2016 at King Hussein Club in Amman - Jordan.
Farah was kind enough to share her experience and advice with other brides-to-be through Arabia Weddings. Here it is:

What do you advise other brides-to-be planning their wedding?
​I would like to advise other brides-to-be to reflect their personality in their wedding. I'd also like to add that they should remain calm and pay attention to all the details of their wedding by themselves - this day will not be repeated again.
- What was the theme or color scheme you picked for your wedding?​
We chose a royal classic theme and used gold to add glamour to the wedding decor.

- What was the most difficult and stressful part of wedding planning?
The most challenging task for us was to decide on the guest list, who to invite and how to limit the number of our guest, especially that the wedding was held in a small ballroom due to the weather condition in Amman in February.
- Did you face any surprises?​
We were surprised by the bad weather condition as it was raining heavily on that day.
- Did Arabia Weddings help you in your wedding planning?
Definetly, Arabia Weddings helped us in a number of ways during the wedding planning phase, but unfortunatly, we selected a florist that was listed in the directory who was not of a good standard.
