Exclusive Interview: Get to Know More About The Table Design Exhibition

KM Events is organizing the 4th edition of the 'Table Design Exhibition–Creativity Conference' between 17 and 19 December 2025 at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This year’s theme, "Sparkles of Nature" will immerse guests in a captivating journey through the brilliance and poetry of the natural world — from shimmering surfaces and organic textures to radiant colors and elemental forms. Through a series of breathtaking spatial installations, the exhibition invites guests to experience how nature’s inherent elegance can be reinterpreted through the lens of contemporary event design.
This internationally acclaimed event brings together celebrity event and wedding designers from around the world to showcase their magnificent designs to the global wedding industry. Each design is a unique expression of form, light, and emotion — inviting guests into a world where design becomes an experience and storytelling unfolds through space.
We sat down with Meltem Tepeler, visionary founder of KM Events and creator of the 'Table Design Exhibition–Creativity Conference', to talk about the event’s growing global influence and what to expect in its 4th edition.
What inspired you to create the ‘Table Design Exhibition–Creativity Conference?’
The idea came from a simple yet powerful gap I observed in the global events industry: there were no platforms focused solely on design, creativity, and artistic expression in our field. After more than 30 years in the industry, I wanted to create a space where event professionals could come together — not just to showcase their work, but to inspire one another across cultures and disciplines.
'Table Design Exhibition–Creativity Conference' is the only international platform that blends high-concept design with industry innovation, offering a curated space where imagination and aesthetics meet business and education.
Over the years, curated designs of world celebrity designers became full-scale experiential installations — immersive environments that reflect the artistic vision of each designer.

December 17, 2025: Exhibition Opening Ceremony at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre
December 18, 2025: Exhibition, Panels, and Masterclasses at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre followed by a Networking Party at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel, Istanbul
December 19, 2025: B2B Meetings at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Centre followed by a Gala Red Carpet event at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor
At the heart of the event, there is the exhibition part where 10 world celebrity designers are exhibiting a bespoke spatial installation based on the theme "Sparkles of Nature." What they design are not just booths — they are multi-sensory design experiences, telling stories through materials, light, scent, color, and form. Expect bold concepts, emotional storytelling, and artistic mastery. The global wedding industry professionals will learn and get inspired by what they will see and experience at the exhibition.
One of the highlights of the event is the GRAND Opening Night where the visitors of the event will experience all the designs for the first time and feel as if they are in ‘Alice in Wonderland’. The Opening Night will end with an Award Ceremony for the leading designers of the Table Design Exhibition followed by an afterparty.
The Creativity Conference will take place on the second day where the wedding world will be listening to the speeches of the most creative professionals of our industry. They will learn the newest trends and know-how in the industries of design, luxury, gastronomy, and hospitality. The Networking Party is one of the most creative parties during the event as each year it has a very different theme with a lot of dance, music, and of course networking.
The B2B Meetings part of the event will take place on the 3rd day and this is a great opportunity to introduce your brand to the wedding world. Whether your brand is a hotel or a venue, or whether you are an orchestra or an entertainment company, you can buy a desk to introduce your brand to the industry and have 20 pre-scheduled meetings. The Gala Dinner will have a theme of ‘Sparkles of Nature’ and a very creative décor and entertainment will be waiting for our guests at the Grand Tarabya Hotel.
