Fashion Link Milano Closes its First Edition: A New Chapter for Bridal Excellence

The inaugural edition of Fashion Link Milano has successfully concluded, marking a powerful new synergy within the global fashion and bridal supply chain. By bringing together 5 integrated trade shows at Fiera Milano Rho, the event welcomed a total of 46,000 visitors, proving that the future of the industry lies in collaboration and international exchange.

Among the highlights was Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni, which debuted in its sophisticated new location at Fiera Milano Rho. The Arabia Weddings team was on the ground to witness this evolution firsthand, exploring the latest trends and the increasing influence of Middle Eastern couture on the Italian stage.

From 21 February, 2026 MICAM Milano, Milano Fashion & Jewels, MIPEL, Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni and The One Milano showcased a total of 1,777 brands, 45% of which came from overseas, engaging both specialist buyers and lifestyle buyers active across international markets. This dynamic, integrated environment, enriched by cross-cutting initiatives, enabled buyers to identify emerging trends, engage with global markets, discover artisanal excellence andexplore cutting-edge technologies.

One of the rewarding aspects of our visit was seeing incredible talent from our region making waves internationally. We were thrilled to see 2 prominent Middle East exhibitors participating in this year’s edition:

Hazar Haute Couture: The iconic Dubai-based atelier captivated the Milanese audience with a breathtaking runway show. Their latest bridal collections showcased the intricate hand-embroidery and opulent silhouettes that define Middle Eastern luxury.

Al Daker Couture: Also representing the Middle East Al Daker Couture presented a collection that perfectly balanced sophisticated tailoring with high-level glamour, proving that the Middle East remains a global hub for bridal fashion.

AKOOK Jewelries (Oman): Making a significant impact at the show, this Omani jewelry brand by Khadija Al Dahabouni, showcased its heritage-inspired designs. By bringing traditional Omani motifs to a global stage, AKOOK stood out for its unique blend of cultural storytelling and contemporary luxury craftsmanship.

The Best of Sicily: A Mediterranean Masterclass

The Mediterranean connection was further strengthened by a spectacular runway show organized by the Sicily Region. This curated showcase brought the "Best of Sicily" to the catwalk, highlighting the region's comprehensive expertise in the wedding industry; from romantic wedding dresses to sharp groom’s suits, and even bespoke hats, shoes, and accessories.

The show featured a stellar lineup of designers, including Amelia Casablanca, Flavia Pinello, Angela Nobile, Giusi Munafò, and Marco Cucinotta. It was an inspiring display of traditional Italian heritage meeting contemporary bridal innovation.

A Strategic Future

The success of this first edition of Fashion Link Milano, supported by a robust international turnout from the United States, Japan, and the Middle East, reinforces Milan's position as a vital platform for global business. The project will be further strengthened by the return of LINEAPELLE and Simac Tanning Tech, expanding the narrative to 7 simultaneous events.
