Launching the First Atlantis and One&Only Hotels in the Jeddah Central Project

Medad Real Estate announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Jeddah Central Development Company and Kerzner International to launch the first “Atlantis” and “One&Only” hotels in Saudi Arabia, located along the waterfront of the Jeddah Central project on the Red Sea. The project’s investment value amounts to 7.6 billion SAR.

This collaboration marks a significant step in supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by strengthening the tourism sector and elevating competitiveness within the luxury hospitality market.

Atlantis Jeddah will feature a collection of luxury residential units and world-class entertainment experiences, including the Aquaventure water park and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, as well as a diverse range of dining and retail options.

One&Only Jeddah will offer luxury rooms, suites, and villas, in addition to the brand’s first residential community in the Kingdom, a private beach, and dedicated wellness and event facilities.

The design and planning for both projects adhere to the highest environmental sustainability standards across all development phases, utilizing advanced construction systems that optimize energy and water consumption. The projects also adopt design solutions inspired by the unique marine environment of the Red Sea and implement community programs that protect local ecosystems and enhance the quality of life.

Meanwhile, it is worth noting that both “Atlantis” and “One&Only” have a strong presence in Dubai. The emirate is home to two Atlantis properties, Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, as well as three One&Only resorts: One&Only One Za’abeel, One&Only The Palm, and One&Only Royal Mirage. Their established global reputation reinforces expectations for an exceptional hospitality experience in Jeddah, mirroring their success in Dubai.
