Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced an ambitious new project: Mandarin Oriental, Jeddah, a luxury hotel and branded residences slated to open in 2030 in the heart of Jeddah Central. This landmark development underscores the brand’s growing commitment to the Kingdom and its confidence in Saudi Arabia’s rising stature as a premier global destination.

Set on a rare waterfront plot with panoramic views of the Red Sea, Mandarin Oriental, Jeddah will occupy a central place in the visionary Jeddah Central district, a mixed-use development featuring a marina, retail and dining quarters, residential neighborhoods, and four major cultural landmarks: an opera house, an oceanarium, a stadium, and a museum.

Designed by respected global architecture firm KPF, the property will embrace locally inspired architectural motifs while delivering a modern, low-rise waterfront sanctuary.

The development includes:

• 140 luxury guestrooms and suites, all with Red Sea vistas, Mandarin Oriental
• 115 serviced apartments for longer stays, boasting private dining options at Mandarin Oriental
• 187 branded residences, two- to four-bedroom homes with exclusive amenities: private lounges, cinema, games room, golf simulator, children’s club, swimming pool, library, and a fitness centre.

Dining will be a highlight, with five distinct venues across the property, showcasing Mandarin Oriental’s signature gastronomic concepts. Mandarin Oriental. For social and corporate gatherings, the hotel will offer extensive meeting and event spaces, including a grand ballroom.
