Nicolas from Lebanon and Ayla from Syria tied the knot in a lavish 3-day celebration in Rome in attendance of over 200 of their friends and family who arrived from all over the Middle East, Europe and USA to witness the biggest day of their love story.
Micheline Diab, founder of Giritaly along with an international team of stylists, architects and vendors transformed their dream into a timeless and sophisticated event. The launch of festivities was with a pre-wedding get together dinner in an exclusive villa in the heart of the Parco Regionale dell'Appia Antica or what is also known as the old Roman Appian Way, one of the oldest and most important roads from Rome.
A typical Italian themed party with the finest delicacies immersed in the rustic charm of vast olive fields surrounding the property. The wedding ceremony was celebrated in the majestic Church of San Martino ai Monti, a 4th century masterpiece that is full of frescoes and architectural monuments.
Following the ceremony, the guests moved to an unforgettable wedding reception in the magnificent Castello Odescalchi di Bracciano, a 15th century castle that houses a museum and overlooks the great Bracciano Lake. The concept was formed to highlight the bride and groom’s style and vision in a modern yet timeless creation which was beautifully captured by the lens of the innovative team of Morlotti Studio Padova. The fairy like setting filled with masses of orchids, gold accents, Roman Medici accessories and countless candles created awe on each guest’s face as entering the castle’s court.
The party started with a tasteful show by the band “The Goldsingers” who flew in from Paris, to perform at the wedding reception joined by the many acts of the talented artists of Nu’Art. Themed entertainment, interactive acts and emotional catering transformed the evening into a once in a lifetime celebration for the couple and all who were attending.
