Dima Kandalaft and Humam Al Jazaeri's Wedding

On May 30, 2015, the celebrated Syrian actress and singer Dima Kandalaft said “I do” to Humam Al Jazaeri, the well-known Syrian Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade.

They chose an intimate celebration at The Art House Hotel in Damascus, surrounded only by a close circle of family, friends, and Dima’s celebrity acquaintances.

Dima emerged as a vision in a dramatic white lace gown by Lebanese designer Akl Fakih. The dress featured off-the-shoulder sleeves, a voluminous skirt, and a tastefully revealing half-open back, creating a timeless princess look.

Their union reflects a harmonious interfaith bond: Dima, a Christian, and Humam, a Muslim, reportedly first connected in 2013 at Damascus University, where he was teaching economics.
