The First Group Hospitality and BB Holding Partner for a Radisson RED on Marjan Island
The First Group Hospitality has announced a major partnership with BB Holding to operate the upcoming Radisson RED Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
This development is significant as it marks the first franchised Radisson RED in the UAE and The First Group’s debut in RAK.

The partnership leverages The First Group's operational expertise and centralized services, which were key to BB Holding's selection.
The project aligns with RAK's broader tourism vision, aiming to elevate the emirate's profile as a global hospitality hub alongside other major developments like the Wynn Resort.
