Tell us about your main menus and catering packages for weddings.
Our wedding packages and menus are customized based on the preferences of each couple. As each wedding is different and each couple has different tastes and catering requirements for their wedding, we cater to all their needs and offer them many options to select from.
Our culinary team is able to respond to each and every specific request and customise the menu accordingly.
What are the most popular items couples normally ask to have on their wedding menu?
Popular food items and dishes are largely based on the guests' nationality, customs and culture. For instance, most Indian guests like to have a paneer dish in the menu, while Middle Eastern guests like to have Arabic mix grill, and the Europeans normally ask for steaks.
Our team and the diverse experience they have, enables them to prepare dishes from various cuisines around the world to present a truly unique and delicious dishes for a wedding menu.
Does your menu differ according to season? If yes how?
We have different menus with different rates to suit clients with different budgets regardless of the season. We customize the menu based on the client’s budget and their selection of dishes. However, indeed, our experienced chefs always adapt some dishes according to seasonal ingredients available on the market, for example, during the truffle season we make sure to create canapés with truffles, different pasta dishes and risotto with truffle, and much more.
Are there any dessert trends that you have recently started including in your wedding menus?
We at Le Meridien Dubai have one of the best Pastry Chefs in Dubai!
We are, for example, known for our signature eclairs! So we always recommend this dessert in our menus and indeed our guests LOVE it!
Do you offer outside catering services for weddings at private venues?
We have become leaders in outside catering services in the UAE and we are known for our creativity and quality. We have a separate team who is focusing on outside catering serviced, in order to create the best experience ever for our clients.
