Among the standout projects is the Wynn Al Marjan Island, a groundbreaking $3.9 billion resort expected to open in early 2027. Already adding to the emirate’s wedding appeal is the Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island, which is currently welcoming guests. This beachfront resort offers curated wedding packages featuring everything from elegant venue setups to custom cakes and luxurious bridal suites with sea views.
Further reinforcing Ras Al Khaimah’s destination wedding credentials is the upcoming Radisson RED Marjan Island, set to launch in 2027. Grand Millennium Resort, Danah Bay
Grand Millennium Resort, Danah Bay is set to open in Ras Al Khaimah’s Marjan Island in Q4 2025.
The 300-key property is a luxury resort with facilities including a range of speciality dining options and recreational activities.
Wynn Al Marjan Island
On schedule to open early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax.
The resort is located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport and is currently under construction on a picturesque island totaling more than 60 hectares that gracefully curve into the beautiful Arabian Gulf.
Ascending 305 meters above the sea, the 70-story hotel tower has been designed by the award winning team of Wynn Design and Development architects, designers, and creatives. Wynn Al Marjan Island will have floor-to-ceiling windows that emphasize natural light in every room; airy, garden-like environments in public spaces; and a variety of impressively designed restaurants and upscale boutiques.
Guests will discover 24 thoughtfully planned restaurants, lounges, a beachclub, and night club. Outstanding culinary experiences have been planned amid environments that are simply stunning, with menus and interiors conceived and created by highly acclaimed, legendary chefs and designers.
Radisson RED Marjan Island
Radisson RED, Marjan Island, will offer approximately 280 room keys and a variety of amenities. There will be four dining options available, an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge bar, a speciality restaurant, and a pool bar. The hotel will also have an outdoor pool, a fully equipped gym, a spa and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities.
The upscale lifestyle hotel is set to open during the summer of 2027.
The development is estimated to cost AED 215 million and will the first franchised Radisson RED property in the UAE.
It will be located on Marjan Island 4, which will offer a mix of retail, dining, and leisure options, including a large mall and a signature water fountain feature.
Fairmont Al Marjan Island
Fairmont is set to open a 250-key hotel on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah in 2028 marking the brand’s first property in RAK and sixth in the UAE.
A partnership with Ardee Development, Fairmont Al Marjan Island will be joined by Fairmont Residences Al Marjan Island with 519 residences, and will be part of Ardee’s multi-billion-dirham waterfront destination spanning 2.5 million square feet. The community will include beach access, interactive green spaces, pedestrian-friendly boulevards and multiple dining and leisure experiences.
Fairmont currently operates 13 properties across the Middle East and boasts a pipeline of more than 30 hotels under development, with upcoming openings in Udaipur, Bangkok, Tokyo, Hanoi, New Orleans, and the English countryside.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah at Mina will establish a new benchmark for the region’s luxury hospitality and lifestyle offerings.
Designed as a sanctuary of beachfront sophistication and natural beauty with a wide array of amenities, the approximately 150 rooms, suites and signature villas, alongside approximately 130 Private Residences will elevate Mina into a premier destination to live and stay.
The new resort and residences will be in close proximity to all of Mina’s key leisure attractions – including the Yacht Club, Wharf, and Boulevard.
Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah
Hard Rock International is set to bring a Hard Rock-branded hotel and residences to Ras Al Khaimah.
Its prime location on the Arabian Gulf in Ras Al Khaimah's Beach District, adjacent to Al Marjan Island, will offer approximately 300 rooms, 395 branded residences, and is set to create roughly 500 permanent job opportunities. The premier hotel will have restaurants featuring diverse cuisines and waterfront dining, a rooftop bar, conference space, event venue, beach club, swimming pools, spa and fitness center.
Hard Rock International is working with HR Hotel FZ LLC, a joint venture company between Malta-based db Group and RAK Hospitality Holding (RAKHH), to bring Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah to UAE. This branded mixed-use development project is slated to open in 2028.
