Day One: A Bohemian Prelude
We opened the three-day celebration with a bohemian-inspired welcome dinner designed to feel effortlessly refined. Layered textures, warm earthy tones, and a soft candlelit ambiance created an inviting setting where guests could ease into the festivities.
The spatial layout encouraged intimacy and connection, while artisanal table styling and thoughtfully curated florals set the aesthetic tone for what was to unfold. It was a gentle yet elevated introduction to the celebration ahead.
Day Two: Rituals in Color
The second day began with the Mandvo and Pithi ceremonies, deeply rooted in tradition and symbolism. Our design approach honored the authenticity of the rituals while elevating the visual storytelling. A carefully considered palette allowed the vibrancy of turmeric hues and ceremonial elements to naturally take center stage.
Floral framing, soft draping, and intentional layout planning ensured each ritual moment felt sacred and beautifully composed. The atmosphere was intimate, emotional, and grounded in heritage.
Day Two: Rhythm & Red
The monochromatic red theme wasn’t just a color choice; it was a statement. Passion, drama, and intensity filled the room, creating a cinematic atmosphere inspired by classic Bollywood glamour. Every detail, from the stage design to the lighting transitions, amplified performance, rhythm, and movement.
The evening was choreographed to build momentum, beginning with curated performances that honored tradition, then escalating into an electrifying dance floor experience. By the end of the night, the space felt alive, pulsing, powerful, and unapologetically bold.
Day Three: Rooted in Love
The wedding unfolded on the third morning in a refined ombre palette, flowing from pure white into deep crimson symbolising love’s journey from innocence to enduring passion.
Architectural floral installations framed the mandap with elegance, echoing the soft-to-bold transition while balancing intimacy and grandeur. Their beloved Simba (Dog) walking down the aisle added a heartfelt personal touch, while curated experiences like a matcha station and live sketch artistry elevated the guest journey.
