Arabia Weddings, a Jordan-based online wedding planning portal, celebrated its 100,000 Facebook fans in January 2013 amid fans and friends at its offices at Oasis 500, an ICT investment and accelerator program, located at the Business Park in Amman.
Arabia Weddings was established in Amman – Jordan in late 2011 with a vision to become the leading online portal in the Arab world specialized in all matters related to weddings. Its rich content in the form of articles, news, galleries, videos, interactive planning tools and its special deals makes it a must-visit website for every bride and groom-to-be planning their wedding in 2013 and beyond.
As part of Arabia Weddings’ Facebook fan celebration, the company invited its fans to pamper themselves and celebrate their beauty through special hair and beauty treatment packages at Amman’s top hair and beauty center, Sa Scene.
Arabia Weddings reaches out directly to its target market segment in Jordan and other regional Arab markets through social engagement on multiple social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, YouTube and its two Arabic and English blogs.
To help make the wedding planning process a lot easier and faster, Arabia Weddings is shortly introducing a new “Book Your Venue” tool that allows engaged couples to check availability at wedding venues, initially in Jordan, and seek the best offers that meet their specific requirements. Other tools and applications are being planned for the rest of the year.
