An armed gang in Istanbul has kidnapped a Saudi bride and attacked her husband.
The gang stole all the possessions of the Saudi couple such as mobiles, Ids and money after beating up the husband.
The couple was on their honeymoon trip when all of this happened and the bride's brother confirmed that he is in touch with the Saudi Embassy in Turkey.
The brother also added that his sister married four days ago and decided with her husband to spend their honeymoon in Istanbul.
A source says that this was a misunderstanding, and that none of this happened.
But Saudi Ambassador, Adel ben Siraj Merdad, confirmed the abduction to Sabq newspaper and that he is following up the case with the Turkish authorities.
