As an event rental company, Party Social caters to individuals, event planners, hotels, as well as, corporate clients. It provides a wide range of tabletop items, from charger plates, cutlery and glasses, as well as, table linens. Party Social will be exhibiting at The Hotel Show in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from 10 to 12 April.

"After having been in the UAE for the past few years and established relationships with hotels, event planners and vendors within the events and hospitality industry, we would like to introduce our products to the Saudi market. We provide a range of tabletop items, from charger plates, cutlery and glasses to table linens. We will be taking the opportunity of The Hotel Show to launch our new linen brand - The Linen Loft -  which will produce premium tablelinens, chair covers and soft furnishings especially designed for events, functions and weddings" said Iman El-Huni, Managing Director, Party Social.

Saudi Arabia’s hotel market is going through a period of massive supply expansion. Saudi Arabia has more than 84,500 hotel rooms, with over 64,000 hotel rooms planned across 3 phases of a large-scale hotel development pipeline, it is certainly the largest hotel market in Middle East.

According to a Colliers International report, Saudi Arabia is ready to invest up to $2 billion, one of the highest commitments of any government to cultural tourism in the region along with a number of hotel projects and targets set out under Saudi Vision 2030.

At the market level, Makkah is set to receive the largest amount of new supply of hotels with more than 23,000 rooms under construction, and more than 32,000 rooms total in the pipeline. Jeddah and Riyadh are each approaching 10,000 rooms total in the three phases of the pipeline. 84 hotels comprising 27,281 rooms will open throughout the Kingdom in 2018. Notable hotel openings set for the Kingdom in 2018 include: Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences; Copthorne Hotel Makkah, Jabel Omar; Swiss-Belhotel Al Aziziya Makkah; Millennium Hotel Jeddah; and Hilton Garden Inn Al Khobar.

To capitalise on this hotel investment boom, Party Social has chosen a leading hotel trade show in Jeddah to launch its services in Saudi Arabia. "Saudi Arabia is the largest market in the region and one which most suppliers would be happy to be a part of. As this is the first time here, we are very interested in understanding the similarities and differences with the local market and how best we can meet the needs of the customers here. Our products and experience are such that we can customize and provide items that are design-led and tailored for each market," explained Iman El-Huni.
