George Clooney was very sadened when he heard the news of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce.
The 55-year-old actor was attending a round-table with President Barack Obama on the refugee crisis, when a CNN reporter approached him to ask about his close friends' new relationship status, reports E! Online.
"I didn't know that. I feel very sorry then. That's a sad story and unfortunate for a family," he shared.
"It's an unfortunate story about a family. I feel very sorry to hear that. That's the first I've heard of it," the star added in surprise.
